This article is for new XS1 owners who are setting up their device for the first time.

 It entails following the prompts on the XS1 screen and using your mobile device to help verify your identity in order to link your OxeFit user account to your XS1 device.

Using QR Code

In order to verify your identity, a QR Code will appear on the XS1 screen for you to scan with your mobile phone. This will open an OxeFit webpage prompting you to enter your login credentials in order to link your user account to your XS1 device. 

• Scan QR Code with Mobile Device
• Enter USERNAME & PASSWORD
• Enter REGISTRATION CODE displayed on XS1 screen

Using Registration Code (if applicable)

On occasion, OxeFit Support may have to send you a Registration Code directly if there is technical difficulty. In this case, you will bypass the QR Code steps by selecting the "I have a registration code" option. See below:

Select "I have a registration code."    Note: you may have to scroll to the bottom of screen to see this option.
Enter the Registration Code that you received from OxeFit Support.
