At OxeFit, it is our goal to make your installation as seamless as possible. Therefore, we require professional installation of your new XP1.
You cannot install the XP1 yourself. Professional technicians will install the XP1. The installation process includes delivery and set up in your desired location. Please allow this process to take up to 4-5 hours.
Our professional technicians will call you 30 minutes before the given arrival time. Upon arrival, they will unbox the device and set it up in your desired location. Our technicians will then assist with connecting the device to your WiFi or Ethernet Cable and will also walk you through the registration steps to ensure that your device is set up and ready for you to use and enjoy. Once you are satisfied with the setup location and are confident about getting started, our team will depart, leaving you prepared for your first workout on your XP1!
WARNING: The OxeFit XP1 was not designed for assembly and installation by consumers. DO NOT attempt to install, uninstall, or relocate your XP1 without the help of an OxeFit-designated professional installer/mover.
