The XS1 and the OxeDot work best when your device is connected to a 5GHz WiFi network.
II.
If OxeDot is still not pairing after several attempts, check the OxeDot light to help you indicate what the issue may be. First, ensure that you are fully pressing the OxeDot and then check the light:
- No light––indicates that OxeDot battery needs to be replaced. (See CHANGE OXEDOT BATTERY article).
- Blue––indicates that OxeDot is paired to an XS1. If this occurs but the OxeDot is NOT displaying as CONNECTED in the Bluetooth Menu, there may be another XS1 nearby that it is connected to. This is uncommon, but can occur in certain settings (apartment complexes, sports clinics, or other facilities where multiple XS1 devices are within a close range).
- Red––indicates that OxeDot is not paired. If Red light persists after several pairing attempts, powering your XS1 OFF and then back ON may solve the issue. If OxeDot pairing still does not occur, contact support@oxefit.com
- Green––indicates that OxeDot is updating its firmware, which should take approx. 15 seconds. If solid green light continues for more than 30 seconds, this unfortunately indicates the OxeDot is unable to update and is no longer usable. In this case, please discard OxeDot and contact support@OxeFit.com to receive a new one.

Difficulty LOADING the weight with OxeDot?
- A “long press” (press and hold for 1 second) is required to LOAD the weight, while a regular press will UNLOAD. Ensure you are long pressing the OxeDot to LOAD the weight.
