A | Calories: Amount of calories burned during session (only calculated for Cardio exercises). | |
B | Distance: Distance traveled during all cardio segments. | |
C | Session Time: Amount of time from first load until "End Workout" button is pressed (running clock time). | |
D | Volume: Total sum of accumulated weight lifted from all reps in all sets. | |
E | Set Volume: Accumulated weight lifted from all reps in set. | |
F | Total Time Under Tension: From the time a loaded movement is started until all reps have been completed. | |
G | Active Time: Amount of time spent on cardio segments. |
