Close to your XS1 or XP1 delivery date, OxeFit Support will send you an activation email with instructions for completing your membership registration and setting up your account. To ensure you have a smooth and easy setup process, please follow these instructions to activate your account prior to downloading the OxeFit Mobile App.

Activation will take place during the first time sign-in on your device.
A QR Code will appear prompting you to scan it with your mobile device. This step will take you to the OxeFit portal where you will enter your login credentials in order to activate your account. This step will also register your device and must be performed before the first use.
NOTE: You should have received an email prior to your delivery/installation date with initial instructions for creating an account. You must “create” an account first before you can “activate” it.
Please refer to that initial email and ensure you have followed its directives to create an account first. If you cannot locate this email or continue to experience difficulty with activating your account, contact support@oxefit.com.
