The Strength Bench comes with the Flex accessory package. It is a standard, flat bench used for strength training activities, such as bench presses and seated curls. The strength bench is approximately 41.3” long x 19” wide x 17.7” tall.
Meanwhile, the Multifunction Bench comes with the Flow and Peak accessory packages. It is multifunctional for various activities, such as strength exercises, rowing activities, and digital Pilates. It is approximately 53” long x 16” wide x 15” tall.
The longer portion of the multifunction bench is the strength pad and can be used for strength-building exercises, like the bench press.
After removing the strength pad, the remaining seat can be used for rowing. Swing the footplate up and lock it into place by rotating the large knob until tight. The footplate also has two open brackets to hold the row bar. To unlock and ready the rowing seat, simply lift and rotate the knob 90º in either direction to lock it in an upright position. Position the bench so that it is aligned with the two deck markers. Lock the bench in place by screwing the two center knobs located in between the top and bottom portions of the bench into the two holes that are near the deck markers. Finally, deploy the rear kickstand by pressing either the left or right foot pedal out and away from the bench.
To move the multifunction bench off the deck, lift the handle on one end until the wheels engage, then roll off.
Please note that both bench options do not incline.
