Handles: Each handle can be attached to any of the four connection points and can be used individually, such as for single arm bicep curls, or as a pair, such as for chest fly. Other exercises the handles are ideal for include shoulder rotation, triceps pushdown, several lower body movement variations, and more.
Rope: The rope can be connected to either slide connections and used for chops, tricep extension, and certain row exercises.
Ankle Straps: The ankle straps are attached to the slide connections and are used for leg workouts, including abduction and adduction movements.
Waist Harness: The waist harness has two connection rings that can each be attached to the deck connection points or the slide connection points for many lower body exercises such as squats, lunges, hip thrusts, weighted jumps, calf raises, and more. Available in three sizes: 24” | 31” | 40”
Cinch Belt: The Cinch Belt provides a unique way of training by applying resistance to the hips directly, freeing the upper and lower body when performing hip rotation and knee extension exercises, while also providing the most comfortable support and stability.
