SINGLE LEG JUMP ASSESSMENT

The Jump Assessment now includes left and right leg countermovement jumps individually, in addition to the double leg jump previously included. This allows you to track left and right leg performance independently and together.

ADDITIONAL JUMP METRICS

The Jump Assessment now tracks additional metrics:

• Peak Force (L): measuring Peak Force on left side.
• Peak Force (R): measuring Peak Force on right side.
• Eccentric RFD (L): measuring Rate of Force Development on left side. 
• Eccentric RFD (R): measuring Rate of Force Development on right side.
• Bilateral Timing Offset: measuring the time differential (in milliseconds) between Peak Force (L) and Peak Force (R) to indicate how well synchronized the left and right sides are in performing a double leg jump.

FREESTYLE EXERCISES

A new grouping of exercises has been added to the library: Freestyle Exercises 

Once you navigate to the Freestyle screen, setup is simply choosing the accessory you want to use and and with which cable(s). Cable options depend on the accessory's compatible Modalities.

INTRA-REP PAUSE WITH TEMPO TRAINING

In the Tempo Training Advanced Setting, the Pause After Eccentric and Pause After Concentric functionalities will override the Stall Detection safety feature based on the amount of time that is set.

This enables you to perform a longer “pause” after the Eccentric and/or Concentric phase of a rep (up to 30 sec) without the default safety detection potentially disrupting your set.

PERFORM CUSTOM EXERCISES

Custom Exercises created in OxeLead are available to perform on your XP1 device. Find your organization's customized exercises by using the category toggles (across top of screen) when navigating setup.

UPDATED ADVANCED SETTINGS ICON

The on-screen display of certain Advanced Settings icons have been updated to reflect a more-specified variation of what is enabled.

Example: BURNOUT MODE

• Burnout Mode has two options – increase the weight each rep or decrease it. 

• Previously, the on-screen icon for Burnout Mode didn't indicate which variation was enabled.

• Burnout Mode icon will now include an "Increase" or "Decrease" label with it on the Active Training Screen to specify.

REST TIMER

A new timer has been added which will track the rest time spent in between sets. It begins each time you press Unload, and will disappear from the screen when you Load the weight to begin your next set.

REAR CABLE STARTING POSITION

When using Rear cable(s) from the deck to perform exercises that use Single or Dual Cable Modality, the required starting position for cable-readiness is now changed. 

• Previously, cable needed to be fully retracted in order to use.
• The cable can now be extended up to 100cm out from the deck.
• This applies to the rear cables only when Single or Dual Cable Modality is used; not to be confused with Rear Cable Modality (where both cables are attached to the same accessory).

CONTROL CAMERA RECORDING

A new toggle to control the camera recording is now available on the Active Training Screen. The user can toggle the camera recording option ON or OFF for each set.

The Organization Admin can disable the camera recording option entirely per device via OxeLead.
