INTRA-REP PAUSE WITH TEMPO TRAINING In the Tempo Training Advanced Setting, the Pause After Eccentric and Pause After Concentric functionalities will override the Stall Detection safety feature based on the amount of time that is set. This enables you to perform a longer “pause” after the Eccentric and/or Concentric phase of a rep (up to 30 sec) without the default safety detection potentially disrupting your set.

REST TIMER A new timer has been added which will track the rest time spent in between sets. It begins each time you press Unload, and will disappear from the screen when you Load the weight to begin your next set.

REAR CABLE STARTING POSITION When using Rear cable(s) from the deck to perform exercises that use Single or Dual Cable Modality, the required starting position for cable-readiness is now changed.

CONTROL CAMERA RECORDING A new toggle to control the camera recording is now available on the Active Training Screen. The user can toggle the camera recording option ON or OFF for each set. The Organization Admin can disable the camera recording option entirely per device via OxeLead.
