OVERVIEW
Progress Analytics focus on individual exercises in which your performance is charted across multiple training sessions to visualize progress over time.
This provides the most seamless way to track key data points across a timeframe of training sessions.
01. Where to Find Use Navigation Panel to select ANALYTICS tab and then PROGRESS from the dropdown. | 05. Timeframe Select the Date Range you want to see progress charted over time for. | |
02. Visual Display Use toggles to generate the information you want to see. The graphs/charts will change based on your selections. | 06. Toggle I: Interval Choose | DAY | WEEK | MONTH | to toggle how the data is charted in the Visual Display. | |
03. User Client User Role: Select your name from the dropdown list. Staff User Roles: Select client name from the dropdown list. | 07. Toggle II: Aggregate Choose Aggregate type (either Max or Average) to toggle how the data is charted in the Visual Display. | |
04. Exercise Choose Platform (XS1 or XP1) and select the Exercise you want to view analytics for. | 08. Toggle III: Metric Choose Metric type from the dropdown list to toggle what data is charted in the Visual Display. |
HOW TO USE PROGRESS ANALYTICS
- Starting from the Navigation Panel, click ANALYTICS tab and select PROGRESS from the dropdown.
- Choose User from the dropdown list of clients.
- Choose Platform (either XS1 or XP1) and the Completed Exercise you want to see data for.
- Choose Time Frame (Start Date & End Date).
- Choose Interval (Day | Week | Month).
- Choose Aggregate (either Max or Average).
- Choose Metric (available options may vary based on other selections).
- Hover mouse over the various points on the graph to view more details about the data.
