LIFT WITH INSTANT VIRTUAL SPOTTER The advanced setting Virtual Spotter now has an additional option to select from named GRADUAL REDUCE. This option is primarily useful in helping you push through fatigue to reach a higher rep count, but while keeping a relatively high weight load. See each of the three Virtual Spotter options described below for easy comparison. Gradual Return: The load will gradually decrease when assistance is needed to complete the concentric phase of a rep and will then Return to the full amount once the rep is complete. Gradual Reduce: The load will gradually decrease when assistance is needed to complete the concentric phase of a rep and will then remain at the Reduced amount for the next rep. Instant: The resistance will be unloaded completely when you are unable to complete the concentric phase of the rep.

GIVE INVERTED CHAINS A TRY The advanced setting Chains now has an inverted option. When using the inverted setting, the load will decrease throughout the concentric phase and increase throughout the eccentric phase, with the full chain weight applied at the “bottom” of your range of motion. This training method is designed to maximize your force output during the onset of each concentric phase.

SET ADAPTIVE TARGET SPEED Prior to this release, the Adaptive advanced setting would use a standard target concentric speed to gauge your reps in determining whether to increase or decrease the load.

STACK MULTIPLE ADVANCED SETTINGS Experience training with multiple advanced settings applied at once. This capability is made possible by structuring the advanced settings into two tiers based on certain functionalities, limitations, and training physics. The first tier includes the three base modes Standard, Reactive, and Adaptive, one of which will need to be selected first to determine which other advanced settings can be stacked with it. Standard is the default mode to indicate no base mode setting is applied. The second tier includes all other advanced settings. The visibility, however, will change based on which base mode is applied in the first tier. Only the “stackable” advanced settings will populate here for you to select. Share your favorite settings “stack” with the OxeFit community Facebook group!

UNLOAD AT TARGET REP COUNT The Target Rep Count feature allows you to set and easily adjust how many reps you want to achieve before each set. Access to this feature is now available for all strength exercises and will be visible in the bottom right corner of screen for quick and easy access.
Using the ON/OFF slider to engage or disengage this function can only be done in between sets while the weight is unloaded, not while exercise is in progress. Unload At Target Rep Count can be a great addition if you want to eliminate a few steps and cruise through your training sessions faster.

BETTER BALANCE METER A visual re-design of the Balance Meter is now in effect and can be viewed by turning this Advanced Setting ON before starting an exercise. In addition to enhancing the overall aesthetic appearance of the Balance Meter, this re-design is geared towards an improved, even more rapid cognitive recognition of its real-time feedback projections. |
