SUMMARY

If your circumstances have changed and you need to discontinue your OxeFit membership, this article is for you.

 

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU CANCEL MEMBERSHIP

The OxeFit experience is far better with a membership. We don’t want you to lose access to all of the features and benefits that you currently have access to, but we do understand that priorities change at times and respect your decision if you’ve decided to part ways with us for now. No hard feelings! We’ll be on standby to help you reactivate your account whenever you’re ready. 

 

As a reminder, the purchase of an XS1  or  XP1  requires a one-year membership commitment. After the first year, you may cancel your membership at any time, but doing so will result in loss of access to performance data tracking, Advanced Training Settings, and many other special features. Without a membership, access will be limited to strength-only Freestyle Mode (XS1) or QuickStart Mode (XP1), and your training data will not be saved for tracking analytics.

CANCEL MEMBERSHIP: IF YOU PURCHASED FROM APPLE APP STORE OR GOOGLE PLAY STORE

If you purchased a membership through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you must perform the cancellation according to their Manage Subscriptions Policy, which can be found in the Settings of most mobile devices. See specifications for each one below to locate your mobile device’s subscriptions:

 

APPLE APP STORE (iPhone): If You Want to Cancel a Subscription from Apple

GOOGLE PLAY STORE (Android): Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play

 

ADDITIONAL INFO

For both monthly and annual membership subscriptions, the cancellation will go into effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Up until that date, you will continue to have access to your membership and all of the special features it unlocks on your device.
