If your circumstances have changed and you need to discontinue your OxeFit membership, this article is for you.
The OxeFit experience is far better with a membership. We don’t want you to lose access to all of the features and benefits that you currently have access to, but we do understand that priorities change at times and respect your decision if you’ve decided to part ways with us for now. No hard feelings! We’ll be on standby to help you reactivate your account whenever you’re ready.
As a reminder, the purchase of an XS1 or XP1 requires a one-year membership commitment. After the first year, you may cancel your membership at any time, but doing so will result in loss of access to performance data and tracking, advanced training modes, and many other special features. Ultimately, your use will be limited to performing individual exercises by using Freestyle Mode (XS1) or QuickStart Mode (XP1). After a workout, you will be able to view your workout summary, but that data will not be saved.

From the home screen on your OxeFit Mobile App, navigate to the YOU tab and select the SETTINGS icon. Select Request Account Deletion to verify and submit your request. In order to safeguard your account, a member from our support team will review your request before it is finalized.

You may reach out to support@oxefit.com directly and one of our support technicians will be happy to assist you with canceling your membership.
For both monthly and annual membership subscriptions, the cancellation will go into effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Up until that date, you will continue to have access to your membership and all of the special features it unlocks on your device.
