If you forgot your password, complete the following steps if you are currently signed in to the OxeFit mobile app. NOTE: If you are currently signed out of your OxeFit mobile app, please see What should I do if I forgot my password?.
1. Navigate to the You page by selecting You in the lower right corner of the app.
2. Select the settings icon in the top right corner.
3. Scroll to the bottom and select Sign out.
4. After being redirected to the sign-in screen, select Sign In.
5. Under the username and password text fields, select Forgot password?.
6. Follow the on-screen prompts.
