1. Navigate to the Explore tab at the bottom of the screen and browse by classes, trainers, workouts, and exercises.
2. Select the workout you intend to schedule.
3. Select Schedule.
4. Select a single date to schedule a workout that day or select Repeating to create a custom recurrence.
5. Select Schedule at the bottom of the screen.
Your scheduled workouts will appear on the Home page and calendar.
