There are three main areas of the UI. First is the Home section, where you access workouts that you have created for yourself. Second is the Explore section, where you will find selectable OxeFit training classes with your favorite trainer, class type, and duration, as well as explore OxeFit-designed workouts and programs. The third section is Quick Start, where you can access an OxeFit library of over 250 pre-existing exercises or select freestyle to customize your own workout. In freestyle mode, you can choose your connection point, accessory, and advanced exercise setting, along with setting your desired digital weight.
