OxeFit XP1 and XS1 owners can purchase OxeCare. OxeCare provides an extended warranty for a total duration of thirty-six (36) or sixty (60) months and must be purchased within twelve (12) months from the purchase date of the Product(s).
APPLICABLE TERM AND SERVICE COVERAGE
OxeCare Thirty-Six (36) Months: Extended Warranty applies to the components listed below for the Product only. If purchased, the Extended Warranty applies to the following periods for each component set forth below:
- HD Touchscreen – Thirty-six (36) Months: OxeFit warrants the touchscreen against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of thirty-six (36) months.
- Moving or Electrical Components – Thirty-six (36) Months: OxeFit warrants the components and all original parts of the Product against defects for a period of thirty-six (36) months.
- Frame – OxeFit warrants the Product platform frame (excluding any moving parts attached to the structural frame) against defects for a period of thirty-six (36) months.
- Labor – Thirty-six (36) Months: For Products originally assembled by an authorized OxeFit technician, OxeFit will cover the labor cost for the repair or replacement made under the OxeCare Extended Warranty during a period of thirty-six (36) months. Repair labor is not covered if an authorized OxeFit technician did not originally assemble the Product.
OxeCare Sixty (60) Months: Extended Warranty applies to the components listed below for the Product only. If purchased, the Extended Warranty applies to the following periods for each component set forth below:
- HD Touchscreen – Sixty (60) Months: OxeFit warrants the touchscreen against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of sixty (60) months.
- Moving or Electrical Components – Sixty (60) Months: OxeFit warrants the components and all original parts of the Product against defects for a period of sixty (60) months.
- Frame – OxeFit warrants the Product platform frame (excluding any moving parts attached to the structural frame) against defects for a period of sixty (60) months.
- Labor – Sixty (60) Months: For Products originally assembled by an authorized OxeFit technician, OxeFit will cover the labor cost for the repair or replacement made under the OxeCare Extended Warranty during a period of sixty (60) months. Repair labor is not covered if an authorized OxeFit technician did not originally assemble the Product.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
Who and what is covered?
The OxeCare Extended Warranty is not transferable or assignable and will only apply to the limited warranty holder of the Product.
Any replacement or repaired component will be warranted for the remainder of the original Term or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer, or for any additional period that is required by applicable law.
What is not covered?
The following products, services, components, and materials are excluded from the OxeFit Care Extended Warranty:
- Any other OxeFit products or services other than the Product for which the OxeCare Extended Warranty was purchased, non-OxeFit products or labor, units that are, or that OxeFit reasonably believes to be, stolen, counterfeit, or purchased from an unauthorized distributor or reseller.
- Components of the Product that are inaccessible due to the addition of after-market equipment, or where such after-market equipment or the installation thereof has altered the original Product configuration.
- Damage or equipment failure due to normal wear and tear, relocation, improper or negligent assembly, installation, maintenance, or repair (other than that caused by an OxeFit authorized service technician), use of the Product with parts or accessories from third parties, or with parts or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the Product, or any use contrary to the instructions in the OxeFit XP1 or XS1 User Manual that accompanied the Product.
- Damage or equipment failure due to abuse, accident, improper or abnormal use, lack of preventative maintenance, corrosion, discoloration of paint or plastic (or any other change in cosmetic appearance that does not affect performance), theft, vandalism, fire, flood, wind, lightning, freezing, other natural disasters or weather events, acts of God or acts of war or terrorism of any kind, electrical wiring, power reduction, power fluctuation or power failure from whatever cause, unusual atmospheric conditions, collision, the introduction of foreign objects, or modifications that are unauthorized or not recommended by OxeFit.
HOW TO OBTAIN OXEFIT CARE EXTENDED WARRANTY SERVICE
To be eligible for service under this OxeCare Extended Warranty, you must contact the OxeFit Support Team. You will be asked to provide OxeFit with the serial number of your Product. Claims must be made within the applicable Warranty Period.
