OVERVIEW
Session Analytics refers to the data that is tracked and logged over the course of each individual training session and the visual graphs/charts that display the representation of that data.
Hover your mouse over different points of the graph to view a more detailed breakdown of data in that area.

02. Toggle I: Data Metrics Choose which Data Metrics you want to see in order to toggle which graphs/charts appear in in the Visual Display Space below. |
05. Toggle II: Session Parts Use the clickable outline to select different parts of the completed session in order to toggle the analytics charted in the Visual Display Space. |

03. User Client User Role: Select your name from the dropdown list. Staff User Roles: Select client name from the dropdown list. |

HOW TO USE SESSION ANALYTICS
- Starting from the Navigation Panel, click ANALYTICS tab and select SESSION from the dropdown.
- Choose User from the dropdown list of clients
- Choose the Session you want to view analytics for from the dropdown list
- Under Workout Session, use the clickable outline (Blocks, Exercises, Sets) to toggle what you want to view analytics for.
- Use the Data Metric tabs (Power, Velocity, Load, etc.) at the top of the page to view different charts/graphs in the Visual Display Space. The Data Metric tabs available to select from will differ depending on the type of analytics that are applicable based on the session and selections being viewed.
- Hover mouse over different points of the graph to view a more detailed breakdown of data in that area.
Footnotes
A "Session” refers to a training session (typically a “workout”) of any activity, any amount, any duration, within a start-to-finish cycle of use on the device. See the range of examples below:
- Performing 1 set of 1 Exercise can be a session (Duration: 20 sec).
- Performing 12 sets of 1 Exercise can be a session (Duration: 20 min).
- Performing 3 sets of 5 Exercises can be a session (Duration: 1 hr).
- Choosing a pre-configured Workout and completing any part of it can be a session.
- Choosing a custom built Workout and completing any part of it can be a session.
- Choosing a Class (trainer-led video workout) and completing any part of it can be a session.
