COMPLETE QUESTIONNAIRE (5 min)
Using your mobile device, scan QR Code on XS1/XP1 screen to open a brief questionnaire about your individual health and fitness goals. |

PERFORM EVALUATION (30 min)
Tap START EVALUATION button when you are prepared for physical activity and ready to proceed. |

RECEIVE SCORES
Receive calculated scores representative of your initial performance ability in 3 areas: STRENGTH | MOBILITY | BALANCE

Phase II FOUNDATION BUILDING

RECEIVE TRAINING SESSIONS
Receive Foundation workouts to complete anytime throughout the week (within 7 days). |

CONTINUE FOR 4 WEEKS

COMPLETION
