With your OxeFit membership, you can support up to 5 accounts for your family members under one annual membership.
Add family members or friends to your OxeFit account
1. Using your mobile device, open the OxeFit app and select the You tab in the bottom right corner of the screen.
2. From the You page, select the settings icon in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Select My OxeFamily in the Account section.
4. Select the + icon in the Your Family section.
5. Enter the family member’s email, then select Invite User to Join OxeFamily to send them an invite email.
The family member will receive the email invite, and they must follow the steps below to join the OxeFamily:
- If the member already has an OxeFit account, they are to proceed to Option A.
- If the member does NOT have an OxeFit account, they are to proceed to Option B.
- If the member is currently signed in to their OxeFit account, they are to proceed to Option C.
OPTION A
You (the family member) have an OxeFit account.
1. Select Join Organization in the invitation email.
2. Select Yes to confirm that you already have an OxeFit account. Then, press Next.
3. Sign in to your account.
4. Select Accept to accept the invitation to join your new OxeFamily.
OPTION B
You (the family member) do NOT have an OxeFit account.
1. Select Join Organization in the invitation email.
2. Select No to confirm that you do not have an OxeFit account.
3. Enter your email address to begin creating your account. Then, select Continue.
4. Enter the 6-digit code that was sent to your email to verify your email address. Then, select Continue.
5. After verifying your email, set up your account and select Continue.
6. Select Accept to accept the invitation to join your new OxeFamily.
OPTION C
You (the family member) are currently signed in to your OxeFit account.
1. Select Join Organization in the invitation email.
2. Select Next to continue.
3. Select Yes to confirm your account.
4. Select Accept to accept the invitation to join your new OxeFamily.
Remove family members/friends to OxeFit account
After a potential family member is sent the email invite, they will show as Pending in the OxeFamily section of the OxeFit mobile app.
Cancel the invite by selecting the red trash icon.
After a family member accepts the email invite, they will no longer show as Pending in the OxeFit app.
Remove a family member by selecting the pen icon.
Tap the red trash icon.
Confirm the removal by selecting Remove.
