ELECTRICAL OUTLET REQUIREMENTS
The XP1 requires a standard (120 Vac, 60 Hz), grounded, three-pronged outlet. The XP1 must be plugged directly into a grounded outlet without the use of an extension cord or surge suppressor.
OxeFit does not support the use of power bars or extension cords, and the use of such may void your warranty.
The XP1 requires a strong and continuous connection to internet in order to access the advanced features and programs on the device.
You can connect to the internet using WiFi with a minimum download speed of 15 MBs and a minimum upload speed of 5 MBs, but higher speeds are recommended.
If the WiFi signal is weak or unavailable, you can connect an Ethernet cable to a Local Area Network (LAN). The Ethernet port is located on the back of the XP1. See image below. Oxefit does not provide an external Ethernet cable. CAUTION: The Ethernet cable must not pass under the XP1 or through the cable pulleys.
The XP1 only supports WPA2 encryption. We do not recommend the use of WiFi extenders as these devices can result in significantly slower internet speeds. If the WiFi signal is not strong in the planned XP1 location, we recommend the use of a mesh network or an Ethernet cable to improve the coverage.
See the image below for the adequate clearance required for the XP1 on all sides of the device.
Due to the sensitivity of the electronics, the XS1 system must be installed in a climate-controlled environment that meets the conditions specified below. The XS1 cannot be installed outdoors, and the warranty does not cover devices that are placed outdoors or in locations that do not comply with OxeFit's location and operating environmental requirements.
