The XP1 experience is far better with a membership. We don’t want you to lose access to all of the features and benefits that you currently have access to, but we do understand that priorities change at times and respect your decision if you’ve decided to part ways with us for now. No hard feelings! We’ll be on standby to help you reactivate your account whenever you’re ready.
As a reminder, the purchase of an XP1 requires a one-year membership commitment. If you choose to cancel your membership before your subscription period is complete, you will continue to have access to your membership and all of its features until the start of the next billing cycle.
You may choose to cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription at any time by reaching out to your sales representative directly or by contacting sales@oxeFit.com.
