Renewing your membership enables you to continue training (or training your clients) in our programs, creating custom workouts, and tracking your (or your clients’) progress. You do have the option to use your device without a membership. Please keep in mind, however, that this option significantly limits your device’s capabilities and might even hinder you from reaching your full-fitness potential. You will be able to access the exercise library and use QuickStart mode to workout, but none of the other great features will be available on your device.
